Nakabugo Sarah

Sarah is an Advocate at MBS Advocates. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Islamic University in Uganda and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala. She is an enrolled Advocate of the High Court of Uganda. She has over the years, built experience in advising clients on various issues; preparation and drafting of an array of legal documents and correspondences, formation of companies and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), registration of mortgages and offering legal opinions and preparation of legal briefs. Sarah's is in charge of the ECCMIS system at the Firm and also to ensure that all legal documents are filed in time. Sarah has passion for and has developed a wealth of experience in handling mediations, estate administration, drafting legal opinions, and handling matters pertaining to all domestic relations and land transactions. She is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.
